…and what have we been upta

well.. we celebrated the new year with friends, getting drunk down at the local, Pinewood Tavern.. yanno they say what ya doing and who ya with at the stroke of midnight makes a definitive impact as to how the rest of the new year pans out for ya.. so.. what does it mean when ya standing on the ground watching ya bf, standing on a table, taking pics of everyone in street mean? O_o

	we’ve got a couple of piccies.. not entirely sure which ones to post and what not to.. some ppl can be a bit funny about having their pics taken and made accessible over the world wide web..
but seeing as DP and I have become quite accustomed to our life, well a lil bit, being on the net anyways.. we’re not quite as reluctant to post.. so here we are ..for me the night was kinda significant.. it gave some of DP’s closest friend’s the opportunity to see how happy we really are, and that what we have is, in fact, very real..
	ahh f00k it!.. ima post a couple of pics.. here are a few ppl who celebrated the new year with us.. mind you.. we didn’t plan to be out after midnight.. we were anticipating a quiet night after a couple of pints, be home by 12 sorta thing.. but no!.. *smirks* ppl hadta turn up and make a night out of it.. *chuckles*
heaps of ppl actually dressed up for the occassion.. something i didn’t think to do.. but it was amusing just watching ppl celebrating their new years in their own unique ways.. unfortunately not all of us could get drunk and act st00pid.. DP’s mate hadta work behind the bar all night..
	finally.. we went back to a friend’s place.. i tried pork pie and mustard for the first time everer… and walked home in the rain.. considering we were both completely off our nuts.. i’m surprised we even managed to find where home was.. *smiles* ..was definitely a good new years

..this year has started quite well.. seeing as the first business day of 2006, i received my National Insurance number.. and can now be confident that if i am turned down for a job.. it’ll me they’re rejecting, not the fact that i dun have that damn number..

..we’ve also sorta laid out ideas about eventually moving back to Australia.. so gonna try working hard to save money to put these ideas into action..

..my Accounting studies are going well.. i just received a 95% for my second assignment.. currently stuck on my third assignment(it’s seriously doing my head in!).. i’ve managed to complete the fourth and am waiting for a couple of books i ordered in the hope that they might shed some extra light on the subject *smax trial balances*.. so far so good tho..

..DP has been workin’ hard with Fremen on CRIMP, it’s coming together rather nicely.. very proud of them both.. i honestly believe that this project has every potential of becoming a profitable business.. be it a hobby or serious business venture.. i wish them all the best

i haven’t been online much lately.. altho it doesn’t hurt to have a lil break every now and then when feeling restless and slightly bored outta ya brains.. i mean.. DP even let me buy a new puter chair.. (it tilts back!) ..hoping that its ultra-comfiness would entice me to log on again.. it’s slowly taking affect..
