Pancake Day
..we almost completely forgot about Pancake Day (February 28).. mainly cos i started work this week and it didn’t cross our mind until we were doing our lil ‘go-in-shop-for-milk-come-out-with-trolley-load’ shopping adventures.. so we convinced a friend to come over ‘n we made pancakes.. we all had a go at flipping the buggas.. i did the worst outta all of us.. lol

St David’s Day
..i had know idea what this day is all about.. but upon meeting DP after work.. he greets me with.. ‘hey baby, missed you.. oh guess what.. forgot to buy you a daffodil’ .. *smiles* ..so guess what we did.. oh yeah.. another shopping adventure.. and we bought leeks.. and DP made Chicken and Leek bake with jacket potatoes and a roll.. was hell nummies.. and filling!
St. Davids Day is a Welsh thing.. so ima lil surprised that DP even remembered it.. let alone, know about it.. sweet gesture nonetheless  ..well done babe! |
