..Telstra gives Gurgi a new phone!!
ahh.. yes, it all began with a telemarketing call.. and yes, it’s post-paid.. yes, it isn’t the greatest phone in the world.. but it’s a new toy!

I had a call about 2 weeks ago from Telstra, saying they wanted to offer me a phone.. as my landline bill consisted mainly of service/line rental
charges and mobile calls.. they said that I was a loyal customer (had been with them for quite a while) and that it was an exclusive deal for loyal customers.. I get the phone for $20/mth.. altho for the first 8mths it’s free.. blah blah blah.. *shrugs* ..I figured it couldn’t hurt.. only $20/mth.. plus DP gets his phone back (something he’s been moaning about since we got to this state).. it’ll prolly save us some money on the landline, etc etc.

Anyways.. I know I’ve only had the phone for hours, literally.. but I like it.. I dun have complex needs.. as long as it looks funky.. lets me make calls and send texts.. and receive both of course 
..with the added bonus of taking the random photo/video when I feel the sudden urge.. and isn’t too heavy.. I’m a happy girl 
We shall see how long this phone lasts with Callia always curiously grabbing onto everything and throwing it about.. *runs off to get the warranty card.. fills it out and sends it off ASAP*
